   This is Neo-Lamarckian jibber jabber from someone who doesn't   
   even know the meaning of Lamarckian.   
      
   The developmental genes that control the formation of the   
   head and brain also control the development of the eyes.   
   Thus arises the "myopic personality," recognized throughout   
   human history by the special distinction of wisdom that is   
   often accorded to the "blind."
