   I have a CD-ROM which _might_ contain this article.  (IIRC, it's a   
   complete archive of Trans. Elec. Dev. and Elec. Dev. Lett.)   
      
   Unfortunately, I recently moved and am still unpacking.   
      
   Repost the question here in a month or so, if you haven't found it by   
   then, and maybe the CD-ROM will have turned up.
