653b0d0c       XPost: sci.physics, rec.audio.tech              Hmm, the size of the observed image isn't directly related to       the nature of light waves emanating from them. The closest analogy       I can think of is the following... when you get your vision tested,       you go from large letters down to small letters. When you get       your hearing tested, you go from loud sounds to increasingly       quiet sounds (ignoring pitch and color blindness). So by that       analogy, running the sound through an attenuator rather than       through an amplifier would be one thought.              In rec.audio.tech RichD |
