   I think I figured it out.   
      
   I did find a confirming statement that Line Width is 2 times   
   Line Pair.   
      
   But, I discovered the key piece of information I was missing   
   before. The line pairs/mm result is the resolution AT THE SENSOR.   
   So, for example if I measure 35 LP/mm, I just multiply that by   
   the height in mm of my sensor to get LP per picture height, and   
   multiply by two to get line width/picture height.   
      
   Now I'm getting numbers in the range I expected.   
      
   Next, I just need to figure out an easier way to find the MTF50   
   point.
