From: into@oblivion.nothing.com              I think I figured it out.              I did find a confirming statement that Line Width is 2 times       Line Pair.              But, I discovered the key piece of information I was missing       before. The line pairs/mm result is the resolution AT THE SENSOR.       So, for example if I measure 35 LP/mm, I just multiply that by       the height in mm of my sensor to get LP per picture height, and       multiply by two to get line width/picture height.              Now I'm getting numbers in the range I expected.              Next, I just need to figure out an easier way to find the MTF50       point.              Brian       --       http://www.skywise711.com - Lasers, Seismology, Astronomy, Skepticism       Sed quis custodiet ipsos Custodes?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
