   Just learned a bit of technical info about digital camera sensors that   
   I hadn't previously known -- and in a comp.sys.mac newsgroup, not   
   sci.optics where I might have expected to encounter.   
      
   [Just think how much more I'd learn if I read even more newsgroups --   
   and how much less useful work I'd get done than is already the case.]
