Anyone who has studied metacognitive biases will recognize that
response as a classic example of... crankery.

As for your question, it has been answered. The demands you are
making on others makes you sound like a lazy college student
expecting everyone else to do your thinking for you. No good
teacher is going to tell you "book, page, edition, sentence"
of where to find your answer. What they will tell you is what
you need to know in order to figure out the answer for yourself.

Education is NOT about being given answers to questions, but about
learning how to THINK. Being smart is not about knowing every
trivial minutiae (although that's good for playing Jeopardy), but
rather knowing HOW to find the answer, be it knowing how to do
research in a library, or working out the solution from first
   principles.

Now, to give you the benefit of the doubt, I am open to being
proven wrong about my opinion of you being a troll. But understand
this - if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks
like a duck.... All I can say is, if you are truly not a cranky
troll then you need to re-examine your approach in asking others
for help, as your approach is making you look like something you
   claim not to be.
