   The OP deserves all the condemnation and ridicule, because   
   the original question is borderline nonsense and grossly   
   incomplete.   
      
   If in fact, by virtue of lucky coincidence, the vague and   
   nebulous reference to "3 -j" by the OP does refer to Wigner   
   symbolism, these indices aren't even complex numbers and   
   it was complex numbers that formed the theme of the foggy   
   and inept original question.   
      
   IOW, get off your high horse or at least make certain that   
   your self-righteous barbs are directed at the proper party.
