   Hi Jim,   
      
   A question regarding your recommendation of "Principles of Optics" by   
   Jenkins and White.  A search for this book turned up only "Fundamentals   
   of Optics" by Jenkins and White, or "Principles of Optics" by Born and   
   Wolf.  Did you mean to refer to one of these, or was your reference to a   
   fairly rare book not found in my search?
