   my guess is that the phthalocyanine is a lewis base   
   and a metal center would be the lewis acid, but, that,   
   you could still hang other ligands on the metal center   
   which would be other lewis bases, so i don't know exactly   
   how this would line up with the sensitizer/activator   
   chromophore/auxochrome routine.
