   You should note that mass produced cheap corner cubes are not (my   
   assumption) designed for good retro reflection.  What is usually   
   needed is an angular spread (about the incoming beam) so that the   
   reflector can be seen from several directions.  To do this I would   
   produce a product that has loosely controlled angles.  When many are   
   used together this will give the desired affect.   
      
     However, this may work fine for your application.  Or you may be   
   able to pick and choose the cubes that meet your specification.
