   To be honest, I'd not heard of that specific variant before   
   this conversation. So, not really sure how useful it is.

   Same here, from my first computers, Radio Shack's Color   
   Computer.   
      
   But as I aluded to before, XBasic is BASIC in name only.   
   I know it well enough to know it has potential. At the   
   same time that means I'm frustrated as it's user base   
   seems (to me anyway) to be slipping, and there's not as   
   much interest as there ought to be in keeping it up to   
   date.
