   Cause of glaucoma may be whatever.The final effects are definitely   
   seen or sensed after refraction, reflection etc.optical phenomena.   
      
   As the bright source draws closer, halos becomes smaller, the observed   
   proportionality to object distance suggests vision along a cone   
   angle.   
   The aqueous humor fluid exerts hydraulic pressure which changes   
   curvature of cornea and iris,at times asymmetrically distorting  them   
   as in astigmatism.   
      
   There is nothing manifest in the eye which has not been duplicated in   
   man made instrument optical instrument design,or so I imagined.   
      
   Full geometric optics exist imho, but are not yet clear to anyone, or   
   perhaps may not have been yet published. I was curious to know if   
   eye function is like a camera with simple lenses or  with curved   
   toriodal prisms or achromats etc. in diseased/ weakened conditions.
