   Hi, all,   
      
   I have an application where some retroreflecting tape with not-so-tight   
   a reflectance pattern would be very useful.  Something along the lines   
   of 5 degrees FWHM vs 0.5 degrees for most of the high performance stuff.   
      
   Any suggestions?  A steer to some BRDF measurements of retro tape would   
   be the cat's whiskers.
