From: je2ccc@gmail.com              The traditional concept of the optical complex transmittance (OCT)       does not provide an experimental opportunity to speak for itself, due       to the fact that no measuring instrument catches up with the       fluctuation of light fields. By coherent theory, we give it a       measurable counterpart, and thus justify the concept. To our       knowledge, it is the first time to valuate an object in optics in the       terms of observable quantities. Meanwhile the applicability to obtain       the full knowledge of an OCT is suggested.              The full mannuscript       http://arxiv.org/abs/1309.6796              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
