   Let's see... it was the TLV2543, which by spec sheet only goes   
   to 66k samples/sec and has 11 input channels.   
      
   I don't know what I was actually running it at. My needs were   
   modest, the application was driving radio control model servos.   
   The project never finished. :(

   Well, one of the demo programs as well as available code is to   
   generate NTSC video. Handy either as the end goal, or as I used   
   it for, as a tool for outputting debugging info in real time.   
   The chip does not have a video generator, but generates the   
   signal in real time. I think, IIRC, it used 3 cores to accomplish   
   the task, leaving 5 for your needs. People have even generated   
   VGA graphics as well.
