   Another source is so-called "lizard bulbs" sold in pet stores. Lizards need it   
   for vitamin production, probably D. Everyone should take 5k D3 a day, some   
   medical experts say...Some studies show it's effective against influenza   
   infection, better than    
   vaccines..(Japanese study of schoolchildren.) Dr. Hollick on youtube has an
