Reasonably priced Avalanche PhotoDiodes

   I am doing the architecture for a new optical design for onsumer market and I   
   need a reasonably price Avalanche Photo-diode with relatively big size. Who   
   would be a good vendor for this type of diodes? My signal is not very high   
   frequency. (2MHz).   
      
   I have used Hamamatsu before but I think you cannot make money by using   
   Hamamatsu.
