   Hi JB,  Sorry, "hidden signals" or "other signals" is just too vague.   
      
   If the other signals are correlated between the two channels,   
   (say big AC 60Hz pickup.) Then it's possible to measure the   
   "other signals" on one channel and subtract.   
   However if the "other signals" are random noise...   
   you're stuck.
