   I dunno, even I can grow potted plants, though I don't like them very much.   
      
   Making paint spectrally matched to chlorophyll strikes me as a harder problem   
   than installing a grow bulb.   
      
   If you told us more anout what you're trying to do, we could probably be more   
   helpful.
