   If a electron positron pair anihilates to photons, momentum of   
    particles is transferred to momentum of photons.   
      
   Photons carry momentum p=E/c   
   even if they do not have mass.   
      
   For other decays, momentum is carried by all massive and massless   
    particles, including neutrinos.
