   Well, it took me 2 1/2 years to put together this draft, so I fully   
   understand that it will take a bit of  time for you or any reader   
   to go through it.  Your impressions so far of what makes this tick   
   are accurate.  Given your own work on quantum fluctuations you may   
   find section 10 to be of interest independently of everything else   
   in this paper.  I do look forward to hearing further from you as
