   I posted the previous note about a week ago.  Since then there have been   
   about 20 views but no comments.  That surprises me a bit as I thought it   
   was an interesting argument that would provoke some response.  I was   
   especially hoping for some comment, either positive or negative, from   
   Tom Roberts or Phillip Helbig, who both appear to be knowledgeable in   
   the subject.   
      
   It seems to me that the argument is pretty straight forward, yet there   
   are some subtleties that might invalidate it.  Can I get any comments?
