   Basically, the Planck time and distance are dimensioned numbers,   
   that is, units, so just a defined number of seconds and meters.

   You can have that differently, but then you have to invent new physics,   
   where some of the the fundamental 'constants' vary in some way,   
   according to deeper physical laws.   
      
   You may want to think about such things,   
   but in that case you would do better to think about that new physics,   
   instead of focussing on derived quantities like units,
