   The same as outside a black hole.  Why should they be any different?   
      
   Remember that if a black hole is sufficiently massive, tidal effects   
   will be negligible, and you could fall across the event horizon without   
   even noticing it.  Local physics would look essentially the same as   
   outside of the black hole.
