   addresses the twin paradox.

   Basically the two twins begin in a particular   
   inertial reference frame.  This frame is   
   not accelerating in relation to the surrounding   
   universe.  When one twin leaves this frame   
   this twin can look at an accelerometer and   
   calculate the changing age.   
      
   FWIW,  I vote for a change in the paradox name.   
   It is not a real paradox it is a fact of physics.
