   Could some physicist guru here point me to a good refereme book on   
   heterogeneous junction transistors ? Although heterogeneous   
   junction transistosrs are replacing traditional homogeneous   
   junction transistors in all RF|microwave electronics and high   
   power switching applications, all information about these devices   
   is confined to conference|journal|seminar|symposium papers.   
   High-end optoelectronics devices(blue LED, lasers, VCSELs etc.,)   
   are all heterogeneous junction devices.   
   All hints|suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. .
