   Fascinating response "Frank." Just as an example, did you know that   
   pedophiles are considered mentally ill according to the DSM?   
   Fortunately   
   the law does not make distinctions between the supposedly "mentally   
   ill"   
   and "normal" folk when crimes or civil infractions have been   
   committed   
   against them. In other words the mentally ill do not have less rights   
   than

   Anyone can file most anything, the first test will come at a hearing   
   then come back and tell us how many have NOT been thrown out. You cannot   
   file a claim for a crime, the law has not yet made a choice regarding   
   any civil infraction in the cases you are mentioning in this thread.   
   Your prior claims of civil infractions have all been thrown out. Fact is   
   you were not allowed to use them as "evidence" due to their lack of   
   weight.
