   Actually that post was by Jerry M. Kolnick, he has been on a rampage   
   on/off for the last several weeks. Any time he sees the name Frank he   
   has to post something, using several nyms. She.he also goes by the nym   
   sir art laughing stock or something similar, can't rightly remember at   
   this time and has a strong kook history with multiple kook awards.
