   Gail, there are many working in the field of thought projection, mind   
   control, remote nueral monitoring, and so on. There are many facets in   
   this field. You may have picked up on some of the earlier   
   objects/subjects who used the mind burining techique of a stare down,   
   although still somewhat practiced it is usually a dead give away to   
   others and transfers are cut short. Now very advanced techniques make   
   this all unnecessary. I have to tell you though, that a person cannot   
   give away what is not theirs already.
