XPost: alt.support.attn-deficit, alt.support.tourette       From: dawgface@ten.hut              Because most people are.              Take taxing large corporations for instance, or specialized ones like       Exxon. Tax them to death, eh? Put a huge profits tax on them, don't care       that their final earnings are about 4% net profit. Hell cut them down to       2% net, right? Yeah, the public will surely buy that, let's punish the       evil empire!              However, just who the hell pays these taxes? Hmmmmm?              You, me, and the very poor who aren't supposed to pay ANY taxes. Then       guess what? The poor cannot afford nice cars, or even new cars so they       are running the gas guzzlers. Think they don't know that? LOL Obama knew       and when the prices shot up like a rocket, he said, Great! Now they'll       drive less. Kewl, eh?              All the general taxation of the corporations are paid for by the biggest       users of their products, everything the poor buys is taxed heavily,       make-up, clothes, shoes, fuel, TV's, and so on.              So you tell me, who do they really care about? Themselves, fat cats who       get rich because of their office. They come in poor, leave wealthy. And       they haven't even helped one poor person out of poverty, rather they       keep 'em down, down and dependant on the very gov't they despise.              Yeah, HELL YEAH! HURRAY for the DEMOCRATS!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
