   Tell you what, I can build a house from the top down. I choose the   
   location, materials, etc. you pay for the costs if I can do it, plus a   
   percentage of profit at my discretion. I also hold all rights of design,   
   and benefit from any publicity arising out of it. I can build it so that   
   it never touches the ground or so that when it is complete it will be   
   set on the ground. You must first prove you have the wherewithal to pay   
   for the costs whether it be a one room abode of multiple.
