   *EVERY* TOS/AUP relates rules for using the NSP/ISP. I've never seen   
   anything in the DataBasix AUP that recommended *any* form of abusive   
   behavior toward *anyone,* as you should know, since that's apparently how   
   you lost your account. Certainly, there is nothing in the language related   
   to AUK, which was the subject of your most recent tirade.   
      
   As far as telling me what to think, your claim is ludicrous. You either   
   agree to the rules or you disagree and go elsewhere, just as with *any* NSP,   
   ISP, software license, message board, blog, etc.
