   essays titled: "What I Want to be When I Grow Up," "Childhood   
   Recollections," "A Dream I Had," and "My Family." In Chapter One of   
   "Educating Children for Cooperation and Contribution - Volume II,"   
   Anthony offers four case illustrations that demonstrate the Adlerian
