   Not at all.  The one who is confused is you.  The use of SERE tactics   
   presumes there is a detainee in physical custody.  This is a usenet   
   discussion, and you're not a detainee.   Furthermore, you wouldn't   
   qualify as someone upon whom the use of SERE tactics would   
   be appropriate.  SERE tactics are reserved for detainees having   
   high-value knowledge.
