   Neither are categorized as a branch of psychology. The twelve step   
   program is a religious program, originally founded to help   
   alcoholics.

   I didn't know Oprah practiced psychology. Are you talking about Dr.   
   Phil? He is a psychologist, but what he does is considered "pop"   
   psychology.
