|    null orgasm problem for bipolar    |

XPost: soc.support.depression.manic, alt.support.depression.manic,       alt.society.mental-health       XPost: alt.support.schizoaffective       From: dalton@nfld.com              In March 2005 I was on Risperdal briefly and while I was on       it my orgasm virtually disappeared but returned when I came       off Risperdal.              Not long after that I went back on olanzapine on top of my       main drug lithium (I am bipolar). For years I didn't have       any orgasm problems but then about a year ago my orgasm       disappeared, but buildup and ejaculation remained OK.              Remembering the Risperdal incident, in July I came off       olanzapine but the orgasm did not return except for one       isolated incident. Thus I have assumed that the problem       is not the olanzapine and I went back on the olanzapine.       Then two nights ago I had a factor 1 orgasm (minimum       acceptable orgasm) so perhaps it is returning.              All of these orgasms have been by masturbation so I       also speculate that maybe there is some mystical       thing such that I now have no orgasm while       masturbating but might with a woman.              Any advice would be appreciated.              (But earlier today I had a nipple orgasm just as       good as a factor 5 orgasm, but the problem is       with the orgasm that should accompany ejaculation.)              David              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
