   the current kook cabal fails in its purpose for three reasons   
      
   1) kooks need guided, for the enjoyment of the peanut gallery, the sanity of   
   the kook, and the purpose of the real cabal   
      
   2) the kook cabal is a peanut gallery of the real cabal, ISC.ORG, and   
   currently has expectations of more than peanuts, rendering them kooks   
   themselves   
      
   3) kooks need more space to culture themselves, I recommend an alternative   
   to ISC.ORG, not a replacement but USENET providers selling group ownership   
   and selling hosting of group moderation for those groups   
      
   first I will define a kook, a kook is an individualist seeking affirmation   
   in the anarcho-communistic reality of the cosmos, most often manifest on   
   USENET by nym-shifting into a discussion with himself   
      
   any individual found affirming himself as defined above deserves a non-vote   
   designation as a novice kook by any peanut gallery member by choice of   
   himself alone, and the official peanut gallery databasing thereof by any   
   peanut gallery database whose database rules are his own   
      
   kook databasing by the real cabal intrudes upon the peanut gallery   
   relationship, the real cabal deals only with abusers   
      
   when a kook becomes an abuser it is a dealing of the real cabal to intrude   
   upon real life matters, for instance USENET/internet account cancellations,   
   henceforth defined as "real cabal work"   
      
   if the real cabal expects the peanut gallery to do real cabal work for   
   peanuts, the real cabal needs reminded of the anarcho-communistic nature of   
   the cosmos and that a promotion to real cabal membership need be extended to   
   the kook cabaler for such task   
      
   if a kook cabaler finds himself doing real cabal work, he must immediately   
   remind himself of the anarcho-communistic nature of the cosmos   
      
   secondly I will not fully define guiding a kook, that would leave out the   
   fun and already known by such such forms of cabal as Freemasons, Illuminati,   
   and such can also be abstracted or extended from other current kook USENET   
   dealings   
      
   I will say one thing, a kook does not necessarily have to hit rock bottom,   
   once he sees rock bottom the ranking begins
