   You didn't know there's a huge body of recorded knowledge that's not   
   based on the bible at all? Much of it is personal eyewitness info from   
   persons of known identity, unlike the bible. That's not assumptions, Mr.   
   Assumer.   
      
   And that body of knowledge has few points of agreement with the bible.   
      
   Guess what that means?   
      
   Assume your way out of that.

   As Dylan said, you don't have to be a weatherman to know what way the   
   wind is blowing. That doesn't mean everyone can tell wind direction.   
      
   In your case, you are happily ignorant of the genomes of chimps v.   
   humans, which frees you to believe assumptions, unburdened by the   
   responsibility of knowledge.
