The days where Google actually provided you with the       information you wanted are long gone.              My point?              I just did the Google on "foods rich in DHA" and I immediately       noticed that it included walnuts.              Walnuts are NOT a source of DHA. They are a source of ALA, which       is a different Omega-3.              Actually, ALA is what your body used to synthesize DHA. Walnuts       are a source for an abundant supply of ALA, yes, but your body       isn't good at using it. And you can get plenty from the rest of       your diet anyway...              Same deal with flaxseeds, soy beans & chia seeds... any seeds.              They are a good source of ALA, not DHA.              This is one reason why you people who go no further than headlines       always get so much wrong. BECAUSE IT IS WRONG!              They want you stupid.
