   100000 cm to a km so that's 258 km   
      
   AND, CO2 was still maybe 7x what it is today, even though only a   
   small fraction of our CO2 is human sourced, AND temperatures STILL   
   never got anywhere near as warm as your hysterical projections.   
      
   TEMPERATURES WERE WITHIN THE RANGES GIVEN FOR THE EEMIAN, WHEN
