   No. According to this data series, in the central mountains of   
   Greenland, temperatures were higher most of the time during the holocene   
   than in 2020 : add 0,76 °C (-31.6+0.8=30.8 °C) to the last temperature   
   of the GISP2 series to get the present temperature. Roman period -29.5   
   °C > -30.8).

   Nota Bene : there are very few high resolution (one point every 50 or 60   
   years) for the last 11000 years, so no "global" temperature can be computed.
