   Probably, but first you need to know what the limits are, right?   
   So they are determining those limits to know when to bleed off pressure   
   to keep everything safe. Seems only sensible to do this first, THEN   
   proceed to an endurance test. Maybe first on the ground and then later   
   in orbit? I'm sure somebody at SpaceX knows the plan.
