   You must be thinking of Boeing's Starliner, which is a crewed capsule   
   for ISS crew rotations.   
      
   SpaceX's Starship is an entirely different beast.  Starship is the upper   
   stage of a fully reusable TSTO.  I'd anticipate that the first version   
   of Starship will be the cargo version with a large clamshell door for   
   the payload bay.  NASA has also given SpaceX a contract to study a   
   crewed lunar landing version of Starship which literally dwarfs all of   
   the other crewed lunar lander proposals.
