   In an unfortunate twist of fate, a civiliztion orbiting a star only 20   
   light years from Earth and in the signal path to the M13 Beehive star   
   cluster in the constellation Hercules, responded to the signal sent   
   from Arecibo in 1974 but, because of the additional three years of   
   analysis on their part, too late to be heard by us....
