   Only the first stage of New Glenn will be reusable.  Each flight will   
   expend its upper stage(s).  Also, they've not launched or landed New   
   Glenn's first stage yet, so when they're learning, every first stage   
   will be expended.   
      
   And finally, you're asserting that a partially reusable system will be   
   cheaper than a fully reusable system.  That's a stretch.
