I’m not sure about the areas where SLS jobs are       located. Here in Quebec, we are in an electoral campaign. Some       politicians are promising jobs, because they are used to doing that. But       the unemployment rate is so low, that they are mostly met with employers       complaining that the government shouldn’t unfairly compete with them       over the few available workers.
