   This just means it might be patentable if it worked.   
      
   So far we still haven't seen any remotely compelling evidence that it   
   works, and the data you have offered is highly suggestive of a thermal   
   effect due to the delay between applying power and getting thrust, and   
   removing power and losing thrust.
