   In my opinion, if their PNN drive worked as they think it works, getting   
   enough electricity to power their device would not be much of a problem.   
   Nuclear power is not the way to go because of, as you said, safety   
   reasons. You could beam some power or have an onboard generator. The   
   problem is not electricity. If they could produce a few kilo-newtons of   
   thrust while plugged into the power outlet, someone else would provide   
   power solutions for flight.
