   It takes a great deal of evidence to convince us of the reality of   
   something no one else has ever seen, not even the physicists at CERN   
   who spend a great deal of time moving charged particles around.   
   Electrostatics and electrodynamics have been studied very intensively   
   for 150 years, and the Lorenz force clearly takes the mass of the   
   charged particle into account.  Electron rings and proton rings are   
   different sizes for a reason.
