   Somebody told me of a foggy image of the Milkyway. I would propose the   
   challenge to Test for an anomally geophysical survey to test for a Webb look   
   at the fog anomally.  A quick check requested.  Think of it as a nebular image   
   with stars digitally    
   removed.  Leave galaxies as sitting?  Here leave step One.
